Practical support at home. Real connection in the community. More choice, more independence and more reasons to stay connected.
Tribe is expanding the way we support older Australians — combining practical help at home with the social connection, community access and belonging that sit at the heart of everything we do.
Support to help people remain confident and independent at home. Depending on individual needs and funding arrangements, this can include help with everyday household tasks, meal preparation, transport, errands, appointments and getting out into the community.
Tribe 55 is about ageing with connection. It brings our community-first approach to people aged 55 and over who want to stay active, meet people, get out and about, build routine and remain part of everyday community life.
Everyday practical support such as light household tasks, meal preparation and assistance with routines.
Support getting to appointments, shopping, errands and the places that matter to you.
Activities, outings, events and genuine opportunities to meet people and stay connected.
Support that works with you, rather than taking over, so you can keep doing as much as possible for yourself.
A practical mix of home-based support and community participation based on the person, not a one-size-fits-all program.
Connection is not an optional extra. We help people build relationships, routine and a real sense of belonging.
For Tribe, good support is about more than completing a list of jobs. It is about helping people stay connected to friends, interests, local places and the wider community while getting the practical assistance they need at home.
We are developing our Home Care and Tribe 55 services around that same philosophy: Opportunity through Connection.
Talk to us about what you or someone you care about needs. We can explain what Tribe is developing, what support may be suitable and the next steps.
