TRIBE MONTH
Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before booking our services and/or purchasing our products.
(“us”, “we”, or “our”) refers to Tribe Social Belonging.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all customers of our service. A customer for the purpose of this agreement is any persons and/or organisations who engage us to provide and/or attend a service.
Tribe Social Belonging provides socially focused, Community Social And Recreational Activities. These activities are designed to be informative, fun and of course exciting.
While each activity location we suggest is based on our localised knowledge, it is the responsibility of our participants/clients to perform their own OH&S suitability check of the suggested location, each participant is different in their thinking, needs and of course abilities both physically and mentally.
Support workers will be available for all events/activities. However, parents, carers and other support workers are also welcomed to attend.
Tribe Social Belonging Pty Ltd provide services in a variety of locations outsidr and indoors. Tribe Social Belonging Pty Ltd cannot be held liable for injury or damages caused by public access locations, whilst all care is taken to ensure the suitability and safety of each location, for each session, the client agrees that Tribe Social Belonging Pty Ltd are not legally or financially responsible for injury or damage to persons, property or vehicles.
Tribe Social Belonging Pty Ltd understands that the services we provide and the clients we service can present challenges and disruptions. During our intake discussions (prior to or at the time of first booking), you maybe asked about the your or the participants Medical Diagnosis, Medical Symptoms, Personalities, Criminal Histories and/or Mobility. At all times, this information is kept strictly confidential and is used only to ensure our service is offered appropriately, efficiently and safely for all participants attending our session(s). In some cases, a 1-on-1 session maybe suggested due to specific needs or concerns.
Tribe Social Belonging Pty Ltd have designed our events/activities primarily around group sessions. Group sessions are a way to assist multiple people partake in an activity/event at the same time, This will assist them in making new friends who share similar interests.
Tribe Social Belonging Pty Ltd will provide transportation to and from all Events/Activities as required.
Participant and/or support worker utilising our transport service agree to release Tribe Social Belonging Pty Ltd and their team members, associates or contractors from any legal obligation, litigation, injury prior to, during and after any incident that may arise.
Tribe Social Belonging Pty Ltd may charge a cancellation fee where bookings are cancelled within 7 days of the event/activity, this is at the discretion of the company. In the case where an event has been re-scheduled or postponed, a plan may still be invoiced and this amount credited to a participants sessions.
Tribe Social Belonging Pty Ltd agree to treat every participant and their accompanying support workers or team with Respect, Dignity and Compassion. Our team agree the use of abuse (verbal, physical, sexual, emotional) is never ok and is not permitted.
A participant using our services also agree that Verbal, Physical, Sexual or Emotional abuse is not accepted or tolerated. The participant agrees and understands that a session will be cancelled immediately if abuse of any kind is received or perceived and the full amount quoted will be invoiced.
A participant also agrees and understands that Tribe Social Belonging Pty Ltd has a Duty of Care to our participants and staff, if there is any case of abuse, the perpetrator will, at their own cost, arrange their own transport home and that the incident will be reported to authorities including but not limited to NDIS, Queensland Police, Queensland Ambulance, Queensland Fire and other related departments as required.
All invoices are to be paid within 7 days of event.
Tribe Social Belonging Pty Ltd reserves the right to update, modify or include additional conditions at their discretion, all efforts will be made to update our clients of the changes, however, our website will always include updates and modifications.
